Exchange & Returns

Please review our exchange and return policy carefully:
1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Damage During Shipping: Sham Di Hatti is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We take utmost care in packaging and can provide product pictures before dispatch upon request.
3. Exchange Policy: If you do not like the product, you can exchange it for another item from our collection.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping
charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. Process: To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and product images.
Once we confirm the eligibility for exchange, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
